Squire of House Lannister, second son of Ser Kevan and Dorna Swyft, and twin to Martyn, a long-haired blond boy still trying to grow a beard. Rode in the host of his cousin Jaime into the riverlands and was taken with his cousin Tion Frey in the rout at the Whispering Wood, then held at Riverrun while Robb Stark and Tyrion Lannister haggled over his price; Robb offered the twins for Sansa and Arya, Tyrion countered with northern captives, and no exchange was struck. When Catelyn Stark freed the Kingslayer from his cell and so robbed Lord Rickard Karstark of the vengeance owed for Torrhen and Eddard, Karstark and his men broke into the captives' chamber and cut down Willem and Tion in their beds, with two Tully guards beside them, in 299 AC. Robb took Lord Rickard's head for the murder.
