  • Lord of Cider Hall

Lord of Cider Hall during the reigns of Viserys I and Aegon II, and the head of the red-apple Fossoways when the realm broke into civil war in 129 AC. With his banners he answered Lord Ormund Hightower's call and marched out of the Reach for King Aegon II and the greens, and was at Tumbleton when the Two Betrayers, Hugh Hammer and Ulf the White, broke faith with the green cause after the first battle and turned the town to a sack. He was a member of the Caltrops, the thirteen lords and landed knights who met in secret in the cellar of the Bloody Caltrops to plan the murder of the dragonriding turncoats; Lord Owen was dispatched to wake Prince Daeron Targaryen and bring him to their council, but before the plotters could move on their plans the host of the blacks fell upon the town in the Second Battle of Tumbleton in 130 AC, and Lord Owen was killed in the fighting that broke the green army for good.
