Haegon Blackfyre

Fourth son of Daemon I Blackfyre and the second of the line to take the crown. Out of the Disputed Lands he led the Third Blackfyre Rebellion against King Maekar I, his cause carried by the spears of the Golden Company and the iron will of his uncle Bittersteel. Defeated in the field and made to yield up his sword, he was murdered at the parley by a knight whose name the histories do not record. His half-brother Bittersteel was taken in the same hour and clapped in irons for the long voyage to King's Landing.
