Daughter of Ser Harys Swyft, the Knight of Cornfield, given up to Casterly Rock as surety for her father's debts after the young Tywin Lannister called in every loan his father Lord Tytos had let go unpaid, and wed to Ser Kevan Lannister by 266 AC. Cersei thought her chinless, chicken-legged, and flat-chested, and Tyrion judged her chinless as Ser Harys himself, but Kevan held her a gentle soul, never easy save at home among friends and kin. She kept her household at Lannisport, devout in the Faith and praying seven times a day, fond of needlework and flowers and the prospect of grandchildren, ill at ease on the road; and it was of Dorna and their children that Ser Kevan thought as he lay dying at King's Landing of a quarrel sent through him by Varys.
